Whereas I completely missed the 31 Heroes CrossFit WOD yesterday, I did a first: ran my first 5K on the road. To veteran runners, I'm sure my time (32:29) is stupid slow, but I didn't walk the full 3 mies. This is a huge deal for me. When I started CrossFit and paleo almost 2 years ago, a 400 meter run killed me. Mind you, I still absolutely hate running, but I'm reminded again and again to work on your "goats", or you exercises you aren't very good at. Running definitely qualifies.
