A Sunday morning view into the Federal Government IT. Yesterday I received an email asking me to check my Social Security statement out. This morning, sure, I’m game, let’s do this thing. Click the link, go to login, and get this:

If I’m reading this right, the automated website is only available during business hours. Let that sit a moment and percolate.
